1. Compare to previous report there are 2 new e-Conomy sectors been added. (e-Commerce; Transport & Food; Online Travel; Online Media; Finance Services; HealthTech; EdTech);
2. There are total 40M new users joined the internet in 2020;
3. COVID-19 has accelerate the internet penetration where more than 1 in every 3 digital service consumers started using the services due to COVID-19;
4. Education; Groceries and Loans is leading the total service consumers;
5. Consumers have been spending more time online since the lockdown period (3.7 hours - before; 4.7 hours - during; 4.2 hours - after);
6. The SEA internet economy will exceed $100B GMV this year despite headwinds;
7. Indonesia and Vietnam's digital economies still growing at double digits;
8. Users moved online for Food delivery, Groceries, Education and Entertainment;
9. Online travel most affected, nose-dives to US$14B GMV;
10. Insurance purchases go online as traditional channels disrupted;
11. HealthTech usage has grown by 4X and has retained its users post-lockdown; and amount of investment in HealthTech has been rising over the years;
